Reiki Healing

Reiki is available for both people, from newborns to OAPs, and for animals of any age.

A Full Reiki session will last approximately 1 hour.  Taster sessions of 30 minutes also available

I am a qualified Reiki Master/Teacher and have been using energy healing techniques for over fifteen years.

Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy and promotes and accelerates the body's own natural healing abilities.  Reiki is a completely non-intrusive,  holistic and drug free treatment that heals at all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. 

Reiki is effective in raising the natural vibrational energy levels is and around the physical body where negativity has attached itself.  In doing so, Reiki clears, strengthens and heals the natural energy pathways.

Reiki is an intensely relaxing experience and is extremely effective in relieving conditions such as insomnia, stress, depression, anxiety and many more.  Reiki is perfect for someone who just wants a entirely relaxing experience.  Reiki is also exceptionally effective in healing physical symptoms and accelerates the healing of physical injuries and illnesses.  Reiki is generally known to be an indirect healing where the energy will 'find' the place that requires healing and go to it.  This type of Reiki is great for general relaxation and stress based issues.  I also specialises in direct Reiki where she will concentrate mainly on the area which requires healing in particular (for instance to accelerate healing for a break or sprain) in order to strengthen the healing and manipulate the healing energies to focus them specifically for your injury.

Reiki is perfect for children and babies because of its gentle and non-invasive nature.  Issues such as sleeplessness, teething, colic and restlessness/hyperactivity can all be addressed.  Expectant mothers (and fathers!) and those trying to conceive can benefit greatly from Reiki as Reiki opens up the energy pathways in the bodyand remove tensions that have built up, leaving the body free to do its job.  Please see the Babies and Children page for furtehr details.

Appointments are approximately an hour in length (less for children and animals).  I am fully mobile (including Reiki table) throughout Buckinghamshireand Hertfordshire.  Alternatively, appointments are available in St Albans, Aylesbury and Hitchin.  Travel costs are charged for longer journeys but I would discuss this with you.  (Appointments in Central London at an extra cost)
