How to Order

We hope to make ordering from Mattesdon Cottage Crafts as easy as possible.  You may place your order online, by email or by phone.

Email:                stating your interest.  We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your requirements and supply a postal address if you need it.

Payment can either be through paypal or by cheque.

How ever you decide to order from Mattesdon Cottage Crafts, we will contact you as soon as possible for your exact specifications.

Postal Information

Orders are sent by the most cost  effective means possible but in the shortest time.  This generally means that smaller items will be sent by First Class Royal Mail (we always use first class) and larger items through ParcelForce.  you will receive your purchase at most, 3-5 business days after it is finished.  Customers will receive an email as soon as purchases are posted.

Postal charges are kept to a minimum and are calculated on the weight of the packaged purchases.

Postal charges may be subject to change if you require your items very quickly.

Terms & Conditions of Guarantee

Mattesdon Cottage Crafts will accept returns due to manufacturer defects and postal damage.  Damaged goods will be refunded or replaced at the discretion of the management.  Postage of returns is the responsibility of the customer.
